He is survived by: his significant other Krystyna Kania; his significant other's children, Barbara Bodus (Slawomir), Diane McCorison, Krzysztof Kania (Patti) and John Kania (Denise); and his brother Ireneusz Gawedzki (Anna). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
