He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Lapin (Kline); his siblings, Mary Lapin, Leona Hirsh, Florence Kirstein, Morris, Samuel, Aaron and Bernard Lapin; and his parents, Fannie Lapin (Sher) and Jacob Lapin.
He is survived by: his sons, Les Lapin (Elisabeth) of West Brookfield and Jonathan Lapin (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Sarina Pearl and Benjamin Resnic Lapin; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Joel, Warren, Marilyn, Janice, Sheldon and Jay.
