She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony J. Banach III and Dorothy L. Banach (O'Clair); her former husband Robert A. Heath; and her brother Edward J. Banach. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Heath (Aaron) of Holden and Amy Heath (Doug) of Hubbardston; and her siblings, Barbara J. Miller of Brookfield and Anthony J. Banach IV of New Hampshire. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
