She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Evans II. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ampadu; her daughters, Anika R. Ampadu of Houston, TX and Samantha Ampadu of New Orleans, LA.; her mother Ola Evans (Adams); her siblings, Sheila L. Dejarnette of Worcester, Robert L. Evans III of Worcester and Lance Evans Sr.; and her pet Raider. She is also survived by several nephews and her niece.
