It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth F. Mahan (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth F. Mahan to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "O'Gara" Mahan; his children, Thomas Mahan (Janice) of Virginia, James K. Mahan (Sarah) of Holden, Susan Brennan (Stephen) of Worcester and Kenneth E. Mahan (late Helena Mahan) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Meghan, Michael, Matthew, Maura, Thomas, Cecilia and Kenny, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Richard, Russell, Ruth and Joyce; and his sister Dr. Elizabeth A. Mahan. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home (61 Myrtle St, Worcester, MA 01608). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (929 Main St, Worcester, MA 01610). A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:30 PM to 11:00 AM at the Worcester Country Memorial Park (217 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
