She was predeceased by: her husband John P. O'Leary; her brother Lloyd Carter McSheehy; and her parents, Bartholomew McSheehy and Marjorie McSheehy (Johnson). She is survived by: her daughter Leah O'Leary; her granddaughter Fiona; and her siblings, Patricia Hurley of Auburn, Bruce (Ruth McSheehy), Meredith Henderson of Holden, Wida (Ronald Dionne), Beverly (James McGrath), Barbara (James Kattany), Christine (Robert Caron) and Marylin (Andrew Asare). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Karen's memory may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League.
