He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Lombardi and Rose Lombardi (Chioda); and his pet Siberian. He is survived by: his significant other Atty Frances A. King; his children, John Lombardi and Dina Lombardi; his stepson Anthony Milani III of Worcester; his granddaughter Livia; and his siblings, Robert Lombardi, Deborah Recore and Patricia Occhuzzio. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and his pet dog.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A prayer was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in his name can be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League Holden Street Worcester in honor of his love of animals.
