He is survived by: his wife Maureen (Ford); his children, Joseph Jacques (Meire) of Auburn, MA, James Jacques (Dina) of Worcester, MA, John Jacques (Mindy) of Paxton, MA and Jennifer Jacques (Nicole) of Northborough, MA; his grandchildren, Jackie, Kyle, Amanda, Ashley, Andrew, Eve, Juliet and James; his great grandchild Helene; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Foley (Ford) of Albuquerque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
