He is survived by: his children, Kelly DePari (Nick) of Rutland and Johnny Collins (Talia) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Jaxtan and Leighton DePari; and his sisters, Sheila Murray (Andrew) of Pocasset, Katherine Silk (John) of Holden and Patricia Pasquale (John) of Shrewsbury. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
