With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John A Mero (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 1, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Mero (Nuzzetti); his daughters, Joyce Mills and Janet Eros; and his siblings, Frank, Grace Astrella, Ida Mangiulli and Lena Pozzessere.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Dr. Stephen Mills (Kelle) of Boylston; his grandchildren-in-law, Christina Cotsoridis (Jason) of Charlestown, R. I., Tyler Mills, Elizabeth Brederson of Worcester, Alexandra Mills (Sam McGrath) of Boylston, Courtney Shaughnessey (Michael) of Canton, Brittany Lynch of Portsmouth, N. H. and Andrew Lynch of Spencer; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Connor and Magnus; his son-in-law Larry Eros (Judy) of Hyannis; his sister Delores Law of Worcester; and his brother-in-law Ralph "Duke" Nuzzetti of Worcester. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions in his name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, St Jude Way, Memphis.
