She was predeceased by: her husband Basil Boukalis; her daughter Kathryn "Mary" Boukalis; her siblings, George, Konstantino, Theodora, Alexandra, Katerina and Athanasia; and her parents, Demitrios Moussas and Nikoletta Moussas (Alexandropoulos).

She is survived by: her son Charles Boukalis of Worcester; her granddaughters, Joanna E. Boukalis and Stephanie E. Boukalis; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Kostas, Nikoletta Markopoulos and Nikoletta Barounis. She is also survived by her family, friends.
