He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Erkoc; his son-in-law Ali Erkoc; his grandchildren, Ari of Webster and Ava Erkoc of Webster; his siblings, Javier Buitago and Nydia Buitrago; the mother of his children Lila Maier (Frank); and his son Jose Buitrago.
