She is survived by: her children, Millenia Butler, Nevaeh Butler, Gabriella Perez-Ledford, Jacob Jr. and Wesley Simas; her grandchildren, Aniyalise Mueses and Kingston Mueses; her niece Arilyn Soto-Sanchez; and her father Mark Ledford.
