She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin H. Chadwick; her son Jeffrey Chadwick; and her siblings, Norbert, Lucian, Elwin, Chester Luszczynski, Regina Lawendowski, Pola Toczko and Alfreda Luszczynski.

She is survived by: her children, Robert M. Chadwick (Alejandra), Philip Chadwick (Roberta) and Beth Reid; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Chadwick, William Chadwick, Chelsea Reid and Samantha Reid.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League at 139 Holden Street, Worcester, MA 01606.
