She was predeceased by: her son Francis M. Ouellette; her siblings, John, James Crotty and Margaret Norton; and her parents, John Crotty and Margaret Crotty (Coonan).
She is survived by: her husband Francis Ouellette; her children, Thomas Ouellette of Worcester and Kathleen Colligan (Timothy) of Uxbridge; and her grandchildren, Liam, Quinn and Clara Colligan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
