She was predeceased by: her husband John H. O'Gara (Jack); her parents, Michael Ford and Grace Ford (Flanagan); her brother Daniel; her sister-in-law Virginia Ford; her in-laws, T. Gleeson and Ethel O'Gara; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Mahan and Edward O'Gara.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Gomez of Indianapolis, IN, Mary Tisdell (Michael) of Worcester, John O'Gara (Coleen) of Sterling Heights, MI and Michael O'Gara of Worcester; and her grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Caitlin, Sean, Tara Lynn, Olivia, Gavin, Samantha, Johnathan and Grace. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
