She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Killion and Anna Killion (Collins). She is survived by: her husband Francis H. Welch; her children, Michael F. Welch (Laura) of New Salem, MA and Amy A. Cournoyer (Christopher) of Pomfret, CT; her grandson Kyle R. Welch of Putnam, CT; and her siblings, Robert J. Killion (Sharon) of Princeton, Joan Killion of Plymouth, MA and Sharon Killion Durham (Lawrence) of Bradenton Beach, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
