In the sacred silence of farewell, Gerald is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gerald's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Beverly K. Bailey (Elmes); his daughters, Deborah Unczur (Gregory) of Danvers and Rebekah Jones (Jonathan) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Timothy, Julie and Sarah Unczur; and his parents, Paul C. Bailey and Gladys Bailey (Doody).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the O'Connor Brothers Funeral Home (592 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01603). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospital, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
