He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Francis Jr. (Sandy) of Leicester, Wayne Sr. (Jackie) of Leicester, Paul Sr. (Buella) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Raymond of Oxford; his parents, Steven Witkowski and Stella Witkowski (Sokolowski); and his wife Janice Witkowski (Flagg). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
