Faye left this world on November 4, 2024 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Walsh and Alice Walsh (Price); and her brother Ronald P. Walsh. She is survived by: her husband Louis J. Cozzolino, Jr.; and her children, Cheryl M Courtney (James) of Onset, Lu-Ann Hennessy (Dennis) of Cherry Valley, Michael L. Cozzolino (Lisa) of Millbury and Mark F. "Cuzzy" Cozzolino (Tracy) of Worcester. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 Great grandchildren; Many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Loreto Church (37 Massasoit Rd, Worcester, MA 01604).

In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in her name can be made to the Activities fund, care of the Benchmark at Shrewsbury Crossing, 311 Main St Shrewsbury or the Notre Dame Hospice, 555 Plantation St Worcester.
