She was predeceased by: her husband Jan Kania; her siblings, Josef, Gertrud and Margret; and her parents, Stefan Lagoda and Antonia Lagoda.

She is survived by: her children, Mary M. Juges (William) of Northbridge, John S. Kania of Rochdale and Joseph S. Kania (Lynn) of Worcester; her grandchildren, Kari, Rebecca, Thomas, Brandon and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Eileen and John Joseph. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Memorial Fund, 34 Ward St., Worcester, Ma 01610.
