It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eleanor Petrella of Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 30, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Petrella, Jr.; her parents, James J. McGinley and Catherine McGinley (Bober); her sons, James Petrella and Thomas Petrella; and her siblings, Mary Agnes Marnell (McGinley), John Adam, William, Joseph Archibald, Edmund Francis, Robert and Alfred.
She is survived by: her children, John (Siobhan) of Worcester, Bonnie (Paul Croteau) of Auburn, MA, Teresa (Walter Wheeler) of Auburn and Karen of Frankfurt; her grandson Michael Croteau (Brianna); her great grandchild Jaclyn of Charlton, MA; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Croteau of Portsmouth, NH, Jeanelle Wheeler of Auburn, Giovanni, Ciorstaidh Petrella of Worcester, Erik Vogelsberger of Cedar City and Markus Vogelsberger of Frankfurt, Germany. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
