He is survived by: his wife Wanda I. Ramos; his son Kenny A. Ramos; his siblings, Maria I. Ramos, Elsie Ramos and Orlando Ramos (Mariana Figueroa Avilis); and his stepdaughters, Heidi, Areline and Yelisse. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
