We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020, at the age of 74, Duong Thuy Phan of Worcester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Can Ba Phan and Thiu Thi Le; her children, Richard Phan (Linda Le) of Shrewsbury and Van Huu Thuy Nguyen (Van Dinh Vo); her siblings, Cac Ba Phan of Huntington and Nga Thi Phan; and her grandchildren, Ricky Quy Phan, Tyler Joseph LeNguyen, Nhon Trong Vo and Duc Trong Vo. She was also cherished by Nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

The family requests that all flowers and memorial contributions be omitted.
