He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sampson and William Smith; his stepfather Beatrice Smith (Garganigo); his significant other Carol Naster; and his siblings, Beverly Falk, Priscilla Mara and Bradford Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina M. Brick; his significant other Randy Smith of Worcester; his siblings, George Sampson (Nancy) of Florida, Douglas Sampson (Joan) of Shrewsbury, Joyce Bergman of Shrewsbury and Connie Southworth (Paul) of Sterling; his grandchildren, Joseph Smith and Isabella Smith; and also Billy Smith (Carol) of Worcester. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
