He was predeceased by: his wife Susan M. O'Grady. He is survived by: his sons, Sean O'Grady and Craig O'Grady; and his siblings, Bernard O'Grady, John O'Grady, Drew O'Grady, Christine Rawlston and Shirley Paquin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
