Maynard; his wife Traci Maynard; his mother-in-law Sharon Bien; his brother-in-law Jason Dykstra; his nephew Jurian; his sister-in-law Jamie Faler; his niece Jayde Faler; his great-nephew Ivan; his nephew Brent Faler; his great-nephew Lane; his nephew Vincent Faler; his great-niece Lizzy; his great-nephew Easton; his brother Kevin Maynard; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Larissa, Briana and Shawn.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maynard Family Benefit Account (to help with funeral expenses and Pinedale Youth Hockey) is set up at First Bank of Wyoming and would be appreciated and can be done in person, by calling the bank or via VENMO.
