He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Lubin and Beatrice Bookman (Lubin); and his brother Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Fran; his children, Sheryl, Jennifer and Stephen (Kim); his grandchildren, Alex, Emma, Ben, Rachel, Gus and Eliza; and his pet Ollie.
