He is survived by: his spouse Celestine "Sally" Egan of Pittsburgh, PA.; his children, David Boulay Jr. (Kelly) of Worcester, Joseph Boulay of Worcester, Thomas Boulay of Rutland, Paul Boulay (Jennifer) of Oxford, MA, Robert Boulay of Jacksonville Beach, FL, Teresa Clark of Grafton, MA, Rosemary Dombroski (Brian) of Worcester, Ann Bisceglia of Holden, MA and Rita Sigler (Jon); and his siblings, John Boulay (Barbara) of Lewiston, Theodore Boulay Sr. (Joann) of Spencer, MA, Mark Boulay (Lori) of Dayville, CT, Suzette Robbins (Daniel) of Oxford, MA and Mary Boulay of Belfast, Maine. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
