In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Daisyane had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Daisyane may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her grandfather Juan Morales. She is survived by: her children, Luzcia Rose Oster of Worcester and Kingston Alexander Gaultier of Worcester; her parents, Brenda Hernandez (Morales) and Ivan Hernandez of Worcester; her siblings, Bryan Morales of Worcester, Brenda Lee Hernandez of Worcester and Cristina Marie Hernandez of Worcester; her grandmothers, Carmen Pagan of Florida and Anita Manzano of Worcester; and her nephews, Logan and Nicolas Velazquez. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
