She was predeceased by: her husband Leo P. Provencal Jr.; her siblings, Richard F. Ryan, Edward E. Ryan, Jr. and Jeanne Bedard; and her parents, Edward E. Ryan and Claire Anita Ryan Sr. (Turcotte).
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine "Tina" Roberts of Bishopville, SC, Virginia "Ginny" Lilley of Oxford and Debra Ceminski of Dudley; and her granddaughters, Kim Lilley of Quinebaug, CT and Megan Provencal of Charlton. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
