She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Kenneth A. Halley; her children, Keith A. Halley (Katie R. Heang) of Waltham and Karen M. Tobolski (Christopher) of Webster; her granddaughter Samantha M. Tinsley (Eric Silva) of Oxford; her siblings, John Monroe and Theresa Barrett; and her parents, John Monroe and Doris Monroe (Leblanc). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home (340 School St, Webster, MA 01570).
