He is survived by : his wife Joanne; and his sons, Bob Forsberg of Tempe, Arizona, Scott Forsberg of Concord, Andy Forsberg of Leominster and Jim Forsberg of Littleton. He is also survived by four daughters-in-law and eight grandchildren.
