Carole A. Kolakowski Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 93, Carole A. Kolakowski (Worcester, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Henry P. Kolakowski; her sisters, Janet Gauthier and Judith Brown; and her parents, Leo Boutillette and Edna Boutillette (Richford).
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Bouchard of Thompson, CT, Donald Hoenig (Maryann) of Thompson, CT, Kimberly Rizk of Holden and Tracy Kelly of Danielson, CT; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hoenig, Donald Hoenig, Olivia Janisch, Benjamin Rizk and Nicholas Rizk; and her great grandchildren, Tripp Hoenig, Reed Hoenig, Brooke Hoenig, Jonathan Hoenig, Claire Hoenig and Madelyn Janisch. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rice Funeral Home (300 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01609). A prayer will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or the Worcester Animal Rescue League (worcesterarl.org).
