In loving memory of Carol (Polaski) Carmody of Worcester, Massachusetts, who departed this world on April 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Carol leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Polaski and Stephanie B. Polaski. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel P. Carmody (Laurel) of Tolland, CT and Stephen M. Carmody of Los Angeles, CA.; her grandchildren, Devan Carmody of Wethersfield, CT, Jack Carmody of Seattle, WA. and Taylor Carmody of Arlington, VA.; her sister Barbara Gentile; her children, Christopher Gentile and Tara Sapp (Brady); her granddaughters, Sierra of Sanford, FL., Sophia of Sanford, FL. and Sadie of Sanford, FL.; and her cousin Robert P. Kokernak (Jean) of Gardner, MA. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (1052 Pleasant St, Worcester, MA 01602). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
