With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmen A. Santiago of Worcester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 9, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her sons, Conrad Saez and Armando Saez; her siblings, Armando Santiago, Ramona Santiago of Southbridge, Angel Santiago and Auria Santiago; and her parents, Marciano Santiago and Ramona Cintron.
She is survived by: her children, Elba Corrente of West Warwick, RI, Hector Baez of West Warwick, RI, Marco Saez of Worcester, Judith Maldonado of Worcester, Milagros Rivera of Worcester, Marta Saez Santiago and Juan Ferrer; and her siblings, Lucy Vidot of Southbridge, Milagros Santiago of Southbridge, Lucminada Ramos of Southbridge, Migdalia Santiago of Southbridge, Anna Santiago of Southbridge, Mirium Maldonado of Southbridge and Lydia Santiago of Baltimore. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren; sixty-six great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel (370 Plantation St, Worcester, MA 01605). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
