He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius J. Tremblay and Helga V. Tremblay (Ericson); and his siblings, Julius J. Tremblay, Jr. (Ada), Jean Quilliam (Bruce) and Dorothy St. Armand.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. Tremblay (Hoglund); his siblings, Donald Tremblay of Worcester, Edward Tremblay (Jane) of Brimfield, Lawrence "Lefty" Tremblay of Webster, Lorraine Charest of Grafton, Irene Salonis (Albert, Jr.) of Charlton and Elaine Bourbeau (Alfred) of Titusville, FL; and his brother-in-law Robert St. Armand of Auburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
