She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Murphy and James Murphy. She is survived by: her spouse Carl H. Koontz; her daughters, Pamela Tarr (Matthew) of Gilmanton, N. H., Kimberly Koontz of Braintree and Melissa O'Connor (David) of Webster; her grandchildren, Kayla, Kevin, Gus Dillon, Ellie, Maggie Doncaster and Anna O'Connor; her sisters, Maureen Cleary of Leicester and Jane Murphy of Worcester; and her parents, John Murphy and Helen Murphy (O'Toole). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
