He was predeceased by: his parents, Efstratios Koulalis and Anthoula Koulalis (Menagatos). He is survived by: his wife Holley Jewell Koulalis (Keyes); his children, Nikolas Koulalis of Worcester and Alexis Rochon (Stephen) of Connecticut; his sisters, Varvara Butt of Woonsocket, RI and Vasiliki Kilikis of Worcester; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Kim and Stephen Jr. Aris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

I'm especially happy that I was able to see you guys at Halloween at Tammy's house that was the best part of my night. You guys are very good people and everyone likes all of you so much, I've never met people so down to earth fun and responsible, please remember all the great times as I'm sure there is many.
