He is survived by: his parents, Khiem Pham and Tan Nguyen; his siblings, Luc Pham, Lap Pham, Tracey Pham and Van Pham; his nephew Benjamin Dang; and his niece Victoria Dang.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Rice Funeral Home (300 Park Ave, Worcester, MA 01609). Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 12:15 PM at 180 Grove St, Worcester, MA 01605.
