He was predeceased by: his wife Florence M. Polito (Donnelly); his parents, Frank Polito and Antonina Polito; and his siblings, Rose, Pauline, Mary, Josephine, Caroline, Joseph and Salvatore.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony J. Polito, Jr. of Worcester, Martin Polito (Karen) of Worcester, Frank Polito (Carina Dolcino) of New Hampshire and Jim Polito (Kathleen) of Shrewsbury; and his grandchildren, Michael, Stephen (Lindsey), David, Victoria and Stephanie Polito. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
