She was predeceased by: her husband William G. McCarthy; and her siblings, James, John, Bill, Charles, Henry, Francis Sullivan, Betty Bolduc and Kay Gobron.
She is survived by: her children, William J. McCarthy (Maureen) of Shrewsbury, Annie V. Kaar (Mark) of Sanbornton and Catherine H. McCarthy Heitman of Northborough; and her grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Sarah Kaar, Carl, Caitlin Heitman, Morgan, Abby and Lindsey McCarthy.
