She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph S. Coakley, Jr.; her grandson Daniel P. Coakley; her parents, William E. Mulrenan and Gertrude Mulrenan (Jones); and her siblings, William Mulrenan and Marion Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie E. Ouellette (Ronald) of Maine and Ralph S. Coakley III (Elizabeth) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Melissa R. Croteau (Jeff), Patrick M. Ouellette (Emily), Kristina M. Preble (Matt), Colleen E. Buick (Aidan) and Christopher D. Coakley; her great grandchildren, Lilah, Kate Croteau, Colton and Rowan Preble; and her sister-in-law Mary P. Mulrenan of Woburn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
