He was predeceased by: his parents, Lim Tew Jung and Tak-Yuen Jung; his wife Miriam Harrison Jung; his siblings, Lee Hing Jung, Lee Che Jung, Fred Jung, George Jung, Harry Jung, Lee Ong Smith (Jung) and Lee Kew McKenzie (Jung); and his niece Nancy Thomas (Jung).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dama Jung (Zefers); his sons, Timothy Jung (Shelly) of Superior and Jonathan Jung (Consuala Costales) of North Andover, Massachusetts; his granddaughter Lydia Jung of North Adams, Massachusetts; his nieces, Marcia Smith-Hill of Kingston, Kiran Coyote of Eugene and Susan Jung of San Mateo; his great-niece Heidi Rittershausen of Walnut Creek, California; and his nephews, Peter Jung of Concord, Christopher Jung of Billerica, Adam Jung of Owego, Eric Jung of Rochester, James McKenzie of Haslett and David McKenzie.
