We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, Richard H. Packard of Woburn, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary J. Packard (Spinazola); and his parents, Richard O. Packard and Agnes Packard Wheaton (Anderson). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Hailey, Richard, Samantha, Julianna, Gabriella, Angelina, Danielle, Sam and Devyn; and his siblings, Judy Burnham of Woburn and Dale Packard (Paula) of New Hampshire. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
