We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2024, Patricia Marie DeGrazia Petrulavage of Woburn, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic DeGrazia and Angela DeGrazia (Amoruso); and her cousin Marie Fetzner. She is survived by: her husband John Petrulavage of Woburn; her children, Marie Petrulavage and Matthew Petrulavage of East Boston; her siblings, Roberta DeGrazia Migliacci (John Migliacci) of Lexington and Maryangela DeGrazia-DiTucci (Frank DiTucci) of Lexington; her sister-in-law Donna Qualters (Mark Dullea) of Peabody; her nieces and nephews, John Migliacci of Merrimack, NH, Nicola Minichiello of North Grafton, Christina Meuse of Chelmsford, Brett Qualters of Santa Monica, CA and Meghan Qualters of Revere; and her cousins, Michael DeGrazia, Joseph DeGrazia, Lucien Morin II and Linda Kozelsky.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglass Funeral Home (51 Worthen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (155 Washington St, Winchester, MA 01890).
