She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic DeGrazia and Angela DeGrazia (Amoruso); and her cousin Marie Fetzner. She is survived by: her husband John Petrulavage of Woburn; her children, Marie Petrulavage and Matthew Petrulavage of East Boston; her siblings, Roberta DeGrazia Migliacci (John Migliacci) of Lexington and Maryangela DeGrazia-DiTucci (Frank DiTucci) of Lexington; her sister-in-law Donna Qualters (Mark Dullea) of Peabody; her nieces and nephews, John Migliacci of Merrimack, NH, Nicola Minichiello of North Grafton, Christina Meuse of Chelmsford, Brett Qualters of Santa Monica, CA and Meghan Qualters of Revere; and her cousins, Michael DeGrazia, Joseph DeGrazia, Lucien Morin II and Linda Kozelsky.
