He is survived by: his wife Donna Bishop (Cardillo); his daughters, Jillian Bishop of Reading, Kara Bishop of Stoneham and Elizabeth Bishop (Christopher Stewart) of Woburn; his siblings, Julian J. Bishop, Jr. (Roseann) of Waltham, Terri Osterhaus (William) of Belmont, Janet Majane of Woburn, Nancy Bishop (Rick Bedford) of Ashburnham, Elizabeth Bishop (Eddie Loan) of Belmont and Kenneth Bishop (Nanci) of Bolton; and his pets, Enzo and Vee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home (36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Barbara's Church (138 Cambridge Rd, Woburn, MA 01801).
