She was predeceased by: her husband George Rooney; her parents, Charles McLaughlin and Florence McLaughlin (Farley); and her brother Charles McLaughlin. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Rooney of North Reading and Michael Rooney of Woburn; her grandchildren, Dean and Brendan; her brother James McLaughlin (Ellen) of New Hampshire; her daughter-in-law Dina; and her nieces and nephews, Charles McLaughlin, Andover and Mary McLaughlin of Shrewsbury.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Parish (851 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801).
