She was predeceased by: her daughter Kristin M. Tetrault; her parents, Joseph Fagan and Elizabeth Fagan (O'Malley); and her sister Janice Simpson (late Stewart). She is survived by: her husband William D. Tetrault of Woburn; her children, Lynn A. Tetrault of Woburn, William D. Tetrault, Jr. of Woburn and Brian J. Tetrault of North Reading; her grandchildren, Derek MacDonald and Emma Tetrault; and her siblings, Elaine Tetrault (Stephen) of Wilmington and Joseph Fagan (June) of Wilmington. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
