He was predeceased by: his wife Donna M. Belcastro (O'Melia); his parents, George Belcastro and Angelina Belcastro (Carella); and his siblings, Ann Diorio, Nancy LeBlanc, Sammy, Joe and Pasquale Belcastro.
He is survived by: his children, John "Jay" Belcastro, Jr. (Deborah) of Dracut, Theresa "Sheri" Netishen (Michael) of Auburn, NH and Lori Belcastro (Panos Ninios) of Westport, CT.; and his grandchildren, Tracy Belcastro, John Belcastro III, Michael Netishen Jr., Thomas Netishen (Shannon), Nikos Ninios, Alexia Ninios and Paris Ninios.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in John's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
